I believe that pictures Ethically should be portrayed as situational because you can't get the whole truth from every situation that you happen to capture on camera.
Should a photojournalists ethics be absolute or situational? Why?
Personally I think that the situation shoiuld determine wether or not the journalists ethics should be absolute or situational. Its really based on what they believe.
Can a photo really capture truth? Why or why not?
I believe that a photo can capture part of the truth but not the whole truth.
What decisions have you made as a photographer that "edit" reality? Explain.
I've had to decide wether or not I should lighten the photo, crop it, etc.
Why is it important that news organizations have clearly defined ethical standards?
So that they aren't giving the world false information.
